Service Description

Fit for Life is geared towards older adults looking to improve strength, mobility, balance and overall functional fitness through a variety of lower impact exercises. Must be 55+. The first 30-40 minutes focus on getting your bloody pumping with strength and endurance exercises followed by 20 minute stretch to help release any tension in the body. Every class ends with a short meditation to leave you feeling completely restored long after class is over!
