Hi Guys! I’m Janelle, a fitness lover, adventurer & teacher.  I’m excited to be a part of this amazing team of life changers!  As a busy working mom, I too know the struggle of creating a routine that takes YOU into account as well.  I am here to support and guide you to be your best version of yourself and prevent injuries & illnesses in the process.  I'm so excited to be a part of this amazing team of professionals at Ellement as well as this incredible supportive community where fitness and adventure matters!  I look forward to meeting you and aiding in your fitness journey.  Please feel free to reach out at anytime!

DENELLE

Hey! I’m Denelle – one of the coaches at Ellement Wellness in Caroline. I’m a proud community member of Caroline and have lived in the area most of my life. I am also a mother of 3, wife and registered Nurse.
I’ve always wanted to help people, which led me to my career in nursing, however I found many times I would wonder what could have helped to prevent some of illnesses and loss of mobility that I saw while working. This led me to taking my AFLCA certification in
resistance training, and I began working with Janelle to start classes at Ellement.
It’s been an absolute pleasure getting to see some of the changes in our clients over the past year, to hear of their progress and personal victories.
My hope is that through these fitness classes that we as trainers can help community members to have a better emotional and physical wellbeing-I hope you feel strong, empowered, and above all happy while you’re here with us.

RHONDA

Hi I’m Rhonda Odgers from Caroline. I’ve been teaching bootcamps in Rocky for over 2 years and became an instructor at Ellement last fall. I love cardio, lifting weights, and I run. I love seeing the progress people make when they workout! I am also a mother of 2 teenagers so I understand how busy life can get. I look forward to helping you with you fitness journey!

HEIDI - MASSAGE

My name is Heidi Bradley , and I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself. I am a Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist. Growing up in the great outdoors I learned the importance of staying active and caring for yourself. I like to personalize every appointment to find what best suits you and your self care, from my toolkit of training. I look forward to meeting you!

HELEN - YOGA

I’m Helen, a yoga teacher, and I am so delighted to be joining the team at Ellement wellness.
I first started practicing yoga in England 30 years ago to help with the stress of my job in Child Protection. However, I quickly fell in love with the transformative physical benefits as well. A move to Canada and 3 daughters later, I embarked upon my 3 year teacher training with the Yoga Association of Alberta in 2008, and have been teaching yoga and mindfulness in the Red Deer area for a decade now. I am also a Marriage Commissioner, and feel so lucky that both of my jobs allow me to connect with the wonderful people in my community.
I love how there is always something new to learn (most often from my students) and how the balance, space, strength and flexibility that yoga brings extends out into the rest of my life, even when I step off the mat. I am so looking forward to sharing this amazing practice with you!

Brittany is a 500hr E-RYT, she has been teaching full time since 2017 and her passion is getting everyone involved in yoga! There is a teacher and style for everyone and she really believes everyone can benefit from yoga. JACLYNN-PILATES

Hello!
I’m Jaclynn, new to the Ellement team and Caroline community as our family just moved from Calgary this summer (2022) I’m excited to join the Ellement team and share my passion for health & fitness.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I’m passionate about helping others achieve their health & fitness goals and realizing that we’re stronger then we think! I have a background in Personal Training, nutrition coaching, am a certified in Yoga & Pilates instructor as well as variety of other group exercise classes.

I love spending time in nature hiking, paddling, and running (mostly after my 2 kids)!  Looking forward in meeting you all!

ROBBY- CROSSFIT

Hi, I'm Robby Roy and I'm excited to be joining the Ellement Team. Health and Fitness has always been an integral part of my life. Following the footsteps of my bodybuilder/coach dad in the 80s, I have lived through the evolution of fitness in all its formats. Bodybuilding, Crossfit,  High Impact Interval Training and Yoga have been my areas of practice and coaching throughout the years.

 

I love the outdoors, hiking, paddleboarding, team training and adventures with my family and friends. I look forward to some fun times with you all in this great community.

PENNY-YOGA

Hello there!

I am a new resident in Caroline and am excited to offer a yin yoga class at Ellement Wellness. I have been in the preventive health industry for 34 years as a dental hygienist and recently retired. My move to Caroline has been on my radar for quite some time, and I look forward to being a part of the community.

I have been a yoga instructor for 5 years, and my particular area of interest is the yin practice. I absolutely love the effects of deep, compressive, long creeping poses that open up our beautiful, but often blocked energy lines in the body. This is a non muscle bound practice, but targets everything in the body. It is a meditative, deep practice that has residual effects long after the practice is over. Spiritually uplifting, physically releasing and mentally connecting mind, body and soul.

I look forward to being a part of Caroline and a team player to wellness in the community.
