Service Description

Elevate your fitness journey with this ALL levels class that combines a variety of functional fitness techniques to improve strength. endurance and flexibility. No class is ever the same! 30-40 minutes of strength and cardio training utilizing body weight and equipment followed by a 20 minute gentle yoga stretch geared towards releasing tension in the body.
