Service Description

During this class you will discover the importance of healthy snacking and learn how to implement this in your own household! Healthy snacking can be a very important part in your daily eating habits. Not only can healthy snacks boost energy and provide your body with extra nutrients, but it can also help with weight loss! You can expect to leave this course ready to stock your freezer and cupboards with good choice snacks for you and your whole family! We will be making a few snacks, eating a few snacks and leaving with a bunch of new recipes! Everyone will be expected to bring an ingredient or 2 that will be decided on prior! Spaces are limited and must pre-pay to save your spot.....refunds will be provided if not enough registered in the class.
