Fit for Life is geared towards older adults looking to improve strength, mobility, balance and overall functional fitness through a variety of lower impact exercises. Must be 55+. The first 30 minutes focus on getting your bloody pumping with strength and endurance exercises followed by 30 minute gentle yoga flow to help release any tension in the body. Every class ends with a short meditation to leave you feeling completely restored long after class is over!
