Service Description

Elevate your fitness journey with this ALL levels class that combines a variety of functional fitness techniques to improve strength. endurance and flexibility. No class is ever the same! 30 minutes of strength and cardio training utilizing body weight and equipment followed by a 30 minute gentle yoga stretch geared towards releasing tension in the body. Each class ends with a short meditation guaranteed to leave you feeling restored long after class is over!
